3. Estimates and Pricing
All estimates provided through the website, email, chat, or phone are preliminary and intended only as general pricing guidance.

Any additional work not included in the original estimate must be approved by the Client before execution and may result in additional charges.
4. Scheduling and Property Access
Clients agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the work area at scheduled times.
Client responsibilities include:

Removing fragile or valuable items
Providing clear access to work areas
5. Payments
Payment terms may include:
Deposit prior to project start (if required)
Remaining balance due upon completion unless otherwise agreed
Accepted payment methods communicated before service
Late payments may result in service delays, additional fees, or suspension of future services.
6. Client Preparation and Responsibilities
While the Company takes reasonable precautions to protect surrounding areas, the Client agrees to:
Remove personal and fragile items
Approve paint colors prior to application
Understand that lighting conditions may affect color appearance
The Company is not responsible for dissatisfaction resulting from color selection approved by the Client.
7. Changes and Additional Work
Any modifications to the agreed project scope must be approved by both parties.
Additional services requested after project commencement will be treated as change orders and billed separately.
8. Warranty Disclaimer
The Company performs services using industry-standard practices. However, warranty does not cover:
Normal wear and tear
Structural movement or settling
Moisture damage or leaks
Pre-existing wall defects
Issues caused by previous coatings or materials
Environmental and structural conditions beyond Company control may affect long-term results.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of use, business interruption, or property value changes.
Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service performed.
10. Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel scheduled services with advance notice.
Cancellation within 24–48 hours of scheduled service may result in loss of deposit or rescheduling fees.
Deposits, when required, may be non-refundable once materials or scheduling commitments are made.
